The Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible to assist the department for the effective execution of tissue plant operations and ensures that production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and safety standards. This position supports the Production Manager and General Manager in achieving its goals. Experience in tissue paper, paper converting, printing, paper mills is an advantage. Responsibilities • To manage and organize the whole production process in order to meet customer demands and quality standards. • Prepare production plans, monitor, and improve efficiency. • To manage personnel and supervise the day to day operations of the factory. • To practice safety and cleanliness all the time. • Introduce process improvements and efficiency to the management. • Establishes effective control and monitoring of raw materials, work in process and finished goods in the production line to maintain inventory accuracy.
Salary
₱22,000 – ₱30,000 / month
