Responsibilities Knowledge in Masonry, Welding and Carpentry Works. Knows how to repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, ceiling frames, ceiling board, tiles, painting, cabinets, stairs, and other work as required. Ability to assess/ quantify the materials needed at site. Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment. Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service.
