Ability to adjust to shifting travel and security circumstances and facilitate operations accordingly Read, write, understand, and communicate clearly in English. Proficiency in local/other language a plus Basic vehicle troubleshooting and Knowledgeable and skilled in defensive driving techniques Must be familiar and must strictly follow traffic rules and regulations and other Philippine laws at all times Familiarity of the areas in the National Capital Region Must possess keen observation skills, patience, and interpersonal skills Results- oriented, with excellent customer-service attitude, with high regard for safety, team player, self-discipline, and with high level of personal and professional integrity Physically and mentally fit to perform under pressure Be willing and able to work on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and work extra/overtime hours as needed according to departmental workload Dress in a fashion that enables the employee to complete the daily tasks, while maintaining a professional and appropriate appearance Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential as appropriate As part of our growth, your tasks will be: Responsible for the safe operation, usage and maintenance of the assigned company vehicle Ensures all duties as driver of the assigned vehicle are performed in adherence with local traffic laws. Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, such as daily dispatch sheets, daily activity report, petty cash items, records keeping and attendant paperwork from each work, etc. Keep assigned vehicles in acceptable condition and consistently clean Reports any problems identified in the vehicle and also ensures all licenses and documents relating to the vehicle are renewed on time and as required Employee must accept responsibility for proper use and maintenance of keys, mobile phones, and radios, meaning that issued phones and/ or radios must be carried for the duration of assigned shifts, and keys must be properly checked in and out Conduct pre and post vehicle inspection Plan Route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the office. Responsible for providing on-time feedback and report all security, safety, and other related matters to the Asset Protection team Transport employees, guests, and other individuals as directed, in a safe and responsible manner. This includes training and various activities, conventions and conferences, airport runs, etc. Vehicle patrol of exterior areas of assigned locations and foot patrol of interior/exterior areas of assigned locations Perform all other tasks as directed by the Asset Protection Specialist and/ or Head of Security
