1. Performs 100% routine Company Nurse responsibilities and activities for the department such as but not limited to the following: Checks and monitors the blood pressure of trainees to ensure that they are fit to participate in training activities based on the company guidelines. Monitors training exercises for any situation needing medical attention. Disseminates health-related information and measures to guide the trainees and staff in addressing health risks and potential medical emergencies. Submits to the Facility Manager, Marketing Department, and HSSEQ Manager monthly reports on all cases of injuries and accidents in the Training site. Replenishes medical supplies in the medical room and in the first-aid stations located in designated areas inside the training site. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the company medical room. Supervises the Emergency Breathing System (EBS) Technician in the monthly submission of one sample of cleaned and disinfected EBS to a third party for micro bacteriological testing. Ensures that the unit will pass the micro bacteriological test. Updates work plan and checklists to record daily work accomplishments. Reports to the Facility Manager any unsafe act or practice that is observed at any time inside the CTSI training complex. KEY RESULT AREA 2: ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Performs 100% checking, monitoring and maintenance of all medical equipment of the facility in accordance with the maintenance plan. 2. Accomplishes 100% testing or certification of medical equipment. 3. Ensures 100% implementation of health and safety programs based on timeline. 4. Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time
