We are looking for committed and experienced nursing professional to provide quality health care to our employees! We are in need of Occupational Company Nurse who will be responsible for delivering occupational health nursing services including implementation and evaluation of health maintenance and health education programs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS COMPANY NURSE: -Monitor health conditions of employees including conducting on-site Rapid-Antigen Test -Provide on-site emergency care and other necessary medical attention to an injured person (first aid treatment) providing medications, health assessments and referral. Brings employee to hospital in cases when the clinic does not have the facility to treat the sickness or accident. -Conduct or arrange safety and health seminars, programs and information campaign. -Conduct regular worksite walk-through assessments to determine employee work processes and potential sources of illness and injury. Monitor employee safety, sanitation and grooming. -Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential. -Assist with DOLE and OSH compliances -Counsel employees on health maintenance, results of health screenings and health promotion activities.
