Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing, planning, managing and tracking the progress of our construction projects. Responsibilities: Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from begging to end. Review and monitor the project in-depth. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Manage and monitor manpower efficiency and productivity. Train and give feedback to construction workers and subcontractors. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve current issues and concerns effectively. Manage equipment schedule and ensure availability and functionality based on construction schedule. Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations Ensure quality construction standards. Represent the company to the client and communicate progress and other issues according to the contract agreements.
