Assists the operations head in the implementation of company policies and coordinate with the company officers. Report any violations of such. Provides daily security advisories to the operations officers and security head Assists the investigator in gathering evidence and witnesses in the event of unusual incident Liaises with LGU and PNP unit in case of fire, disorder and burglary Conducts site inspection to ensure security and safety of the entire premises Conducts audit to ensure the operational preparedness of the respective plantilla Responsible for the discipline and work performance of all security guards posted in AOR. Initiates evaluation and issues disciplinary action for any misdemeanor Inform the operations officer, PE/SE for any incident/accident that occurs in AOR involving security and safety in. Conducts initial investigation, prepares and submits reports for such. Maintains and submits weekly activity report, weekly activity plan and incident report (spot, progress and final report) Performs other tasks that the company officers may direct
