•Directly reporting to the Logistics Supervisor/Head. •Follows the schedule trip provided by the immediate head. •Prepares vehicle trip ticket. •Prepares daily purchase order (PO) for gas usage. •Analyzes delivery address and determine appropriate route. •Conducts vehicle inspection before and after the daily trip. •Transports employee/s to/from official meetings, seminars and transactions. •Receives and secures items/products for the events a day prior the schedule. •Delivers items/documents within the schedule. •Secures the safety of the passengers, vehicles and items/products to be delivered at all times while on duty. •Collects payments from the customer/s. •Processes payments and other transactions to different government agencies. •Do official banking transactions such as encashment and payment as required. •Uses company vehicle for official business only. •Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle and informs immediate head for any repair. •Promptly informs immediate head for any accidents or injuries caused by accidents that may lead to delays of the trip. •Responsible for the loss or any damage of the assigned company vehicle caused by gross negligence. •Follows and abide driving laws and road regulations. •Adheres to company policies and procedures. •Performs other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.
Salary
₱14,000 – ₱15,000 / month
