Overall responsible to manage GCIO office for proper deployment of all the policies, timely MIS, budgeting and coordination for - smooth IT operations, projects coordination, MIS reports generation, budget planning, follow-up and timely payments release. Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders including main OEMs like Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, other IT vendors, AG&P all the functional departments’ heads and functional teams. Overall responsible to manage GCIO Office and IT department all the coordination Timely MIS reports creation and submission with coordination, collection of information from all the IT verticals Budget control and timely forecast Regular follow-ups for the timely payments release and on time delivery Coordinate with business users and HODs to understand IT requirements Scheduling of meeting, all the events with proper coordination and arrangement of resources Participate in meetings, capture the meeting notes (minutes of meeting) and circulate with all the participants immediately after meeting Coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers, capture and manage their needs Good in Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint and other Office Tools Good understanding of Project Management Good understanding of IT Operations Management
