Provide HR guidance and service to promote and support the achievement of the Business Goals of the Organizational Unit or function in which they operate. The HR Generalist, with the guidance of the Business Partner and HR Generalist Section Head will ensure that HR strategies are aligned and ready to support objective of the assigned unit. Ensures delivery of HR Services in all HR Functions in accordance to the standards set or agreed service level agreement with the Unit or function.
