DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process clearing of products. Oversee and manage shipment delivery to respective warehouses. Conduct First In, First out of Products and submit Monthly Expiration Report. Ensure warehouse opening and closing procedures are being conducted daily. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in warehouse management is being observed regularly without fail. Process product returns. Submit Damaged Product Reports and ensure that all damaged products are returned or replaced. Submit proposed PO monthly. Forecast inventory stock requirement. Submit Daily Inventory Report. Release products according to operational guidelines. Oversee stacking of products daily. Monitors movement of products and ensuring no Provide assistance to distributors in ensuring correctness of quantity and products being purchased.
