Responsible for all functions associated with design, implementation and maintenance of databases including security, back-up, logging, reporting and recovery procedures i.e. database tuning Manage all technical aspects of the databases and processes Plan, coordinate, and administer Client/Server databases Conducts orientation & training to users Generates business data as and when necessary to support the need managements information needs. Supports the software/applications developers/programmers' teams and handle multiple projects. Introduce, plan, coordinate and administer client/server databases, monitors utilization service & usage Generates reports for management, key users and other ad-hoc reports Initiate/enhance disaster recovery plan of the company. Promotes business continuity activity. Promote and participate in the initiatives related to “Quality & Safety” in the workplace at all times. Manage report & documentation: Incident handling and recording; Change management documentation.
