-Provide POS support and maintenance to existing management information systems. -Resolves tickets related to technical problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity. -Conduct hardware and software maintenance and support. -Perform daily backup of all the applications, files, and in-house systems -Installs and configures a computer system. -Support end-users via onsite, phone, and email.
