In charge in facilitating operation tasks for installation, delivery and be able to document properly with flow of operation transaction. Duties & Responsibilities: -Prior to arrival of shipment, ensure that they lay-out and the site was understood and visited by installer for clear and clean area of installation; -Coordinate with the broker on container van release date and time. -Coordinate with sales department and installer on delivery schedule of container van/shipment; -Ensures all are well coordinated particularly procedures to follow in unloading items in container van; -In charge of monitoring the installation progress and report to superior if problem occurs; -After installation, he or she should ensure that all bolt and nuts are properly installed, all excess materials are to be segregated, pulled out if necessary and work area is to clean and free of debris. -After completion of installation, ensure that installer will submit a completion certificate. -Submit installation report to the superior once installation is complete.
Salary
₱25,000 – ₱35,000 / month
