•Conducts detailed survey and stakeout of the project area. •Monitors various phases/activities of the project and ensures that the project/s runs according to schedule, plans and specifications. •Monitors and documents progress of every project and all activities regularly. •Ensures safety at the project site compliance of PPE, Safety and Housekeeping Standard. •Checks and ensures quality in all standards of work and materials. Inspections of the work together with QA/QC and Client`s representative. •Monitor all resources materials/supplies, equipment and manpower assignment and utilization. •Implements and monitors project schedules and targets. •Acts on incidents within the project in accordance to prescribed standards and policies of the company and stakeholders. Promptly reports all incidents to superior and documents accordingly. •Handles project close-out activities such as testing, commissioning and rectifications works.
Salary
₱30,000 – ₱40,000 / month
