Schedules joint actual inspection and House Turn-over to Homeowners. Receives and responds to homeowners needs, concerns and request particularly : a. Complaints b. Approval of Minor House Renovation Plans c. Permit for Renovation d. Move-in / Move out Permit e. Water supply and Electricity -Evaluates and validates homeowners concerns through actual inspection. -Instructs Geomatics Management Department (GMD) for the property relocation of the homeowner's unit prior to renovation and construction. -Checks Homeowners house renovation if in coordinance with the approved plan and issues Certificate of Completion. -Documents and checks violators of the Subdivision's Deed of Restrictions. Issues notice of violation to homeowners who violates the Subdivision's Deed of Restrictions. -Checks the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area. -Checks the posting of the assigned guards in the assigned area if in places for homeowners safety and security. -Estimates and evaluates cost of assessment for repairs intended for Ready for Occupancy (RFO) units. -Evaluates the quality of the constructed units through rigid inspection based on plans and specifications issued by Planning and Design Department (PDD). -Issues repair contractors a notice for invitation to bid for units ready to repair. -Awards repair contractors minor repair jobs ( with bidding process). -Validate and evaluates contractor's billing on completed house repairs and special projects. -Instructs utility personnel on their daily activity schedules. -Checks regularly the status of units not yet turned over to homeowners in terms of physical appearance and security. -Checks policies and guidelines are strictly implemented. Initiates improvements on the department's policies and guidelines. -Facilitates water supply disconnection and reconnection to clients with utility balances. -Performs all other duties that will be assigned from time to time.
Salary
₱18,000 – ₱20,000 / month
