As the Safety and Security Officer, you will ensure that policies and procedures pertaining to safety and security in the branch is properly observed. You will closely work with the Safety and Security Manager in properly implementing the prescribed measures. Responsibilities: •Monitor and safeguard the lives, properties and assets of the company accounted in the branch. •Ensure that all security measures has been followed in the assigned branch. vManage and oversee all the security personnel under control; monitor tardiness and discipline on all security personnel. •Supervise activities and performance of subordinates, which includes work allocation, output monitoring and problem resolution. Conduct quarterly evaluation on performance and provide recommendation to personnel actions. •Draft schedule and monitor attendance on all the security personnel.
Salary
₱15,000 – ₱17,000 / month
