The Shipping Assistant is in-charge of the overall support in: •Receiving loading plan/Stowage plan, Shipping order, & Unloading Summary, and vessel ETA •Sending Vehicle order form and Shipping order for the confirmation to head office shipping coordinator/Team Leader •Sending of Loading plan/Stowage plan for the monitoring of vehicle unload to Cargo handlers & Harbor Master •Sending email application of Application of Berthing Allocation & Notice of Arrival to Harbor Master •Coordinate to client regarding Car Carrier or Self drive delivery •Receiving dispatch plan for the schedule delivery to client from Car Carrier •Receive information from FTLP PDI receiver for the CBUs with damages, defects, missing parts & items •Observe cargo operation inside the vessel, loading & unloading •All other general affairs as instructed by Superior
