The Fleet Site Lead - Site Operations is accountable for the overall fleet management operations within the assigned hub/site location S/he is accountable for the overall fleet operations performance based on the agreed KPI. S/he reports directly to the Fleet Lead, Regional Operations Support Responsible for managing and handling all related service provider performance and evaluation under his/her hub assignment. In charge of the Rider's deployment and scheduling in lieu of daily order dispatch from hub operations Ensure all administrative functions (e.g. Attendance, Pay-Out, Remittances) are complied timely and regularly Lead the day-to-day Shopee Xpress fleet operation at the site level. Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly allocation and planning of resources fleet operation in his/her assigned hub operations. Work closely with the Hub Lead in his/her site to ensure seamless operation. Oversee the management of riders/drivers/backroom FMS accounts in his/her site assignment with the assistance of his/her Operations Support Team (e.g. activation, training, planning, and administration) Assess the performance and attendance of riders/drivers/backroom at site level. Accountable for the financial management review of budget allocation regarding site fleet operations. Coaches, mentors, and monitors the performance of the members of the department Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
