The Training Officer is responsible in creating effective training programs for Store Operations Personnel to ensure that they will be effective in their respective roles. The Training Officer is also responsible in monitoring, coordination and follow thru with the Trainers on the progress of training interventions. Tasks: Develop and design training materials such as modules and job aids, etc. for all Store Positions. Ensure that all training materials and programs are current, accurate, reliable and effective thru the feedback provided by area trainers. Design and evaluate main processes in analyzing training needs, designing training interventions, and evaluating training effectiveness to be implemented across all stores. Identify key learning priorities and capability gaps that will deliver positive business results and strategize on meeting those learning needs with data coming from the Business Manager. Ensures that all training milestones and goals are met by monitoring the area trainers work. Work closely with Operations Managers and trainers in developing micro training interventions in the area. Oversee area trainers on training interventions to address learning issues, instruction problems. Other tasks that maybe assigned to him/her by his superior.
