DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In-charge with the end to end store-based training Creates Fundamental Training Program (FTP) calendar for cross-trained and new store personnel. Conducts FTP orientation and lectures Over-all in-charge of the Station training of new and cross-trained stores Checks store’s service quality and helps in maintaining service quality standards in his/ her assigned store areas Responsible for keeping and filing of FTP and other related training documents of all trainees Performs other duties and special projects assigned by upper management
Salary
₱20,000 – ₱25,000 / month
